I am fairly new here to MDC. I have lived in Bismarck for just over a year. I have one 18month old and one on the way. I was wondering if any one wanted to get together sometime. I'm feeling pretty lonely, as most people my age are going to the bar. Well, with a dh and ds I really don't have time for that. So would any of you like to get together for a "play date" sometime?

You're certainly welcome to join our MOMS Club! :) We'd love to have you. Let me know if this is something you might be interested in, and I can most definitely give you a schedule of events to attend.

Otherwise, I wouldn't mind doing a playdate, either. I have a 16-month-old, they might have fun together.

Please tell me more about this MOMS club. I had inquired about one about 6 months ago and I got no response. I was told I would be sent a schedule of events and I never heard or recieved anything.

We have a monthly business meeting, and lots of sub-groups and activities like craft group, book group, Bible study, Fit Moms, Lunch Bunch, and Moms Night Out. It's a group of women very accepting of attached moms - a few of us cloth diaper, most of us have breastfed, many cosleep, a few of us are homebirthers.

Did you get my info I sent you? I still haven't recieved any information in the mail. Is there someplace I can look for info like a website? I remember seeing posters up at various places, but I can't remember where and I don't want to go looking all over. Maybe you can just give me some contact info or the next meeting date and time? Zersha, I did forward your info on - I'm not sure what's up, but I think the gal who sends stuff out might be going through some personal stuff right now. I will email her again! The good news is, I've been nominated for her job for the next year so maybe that will change :)
