is this normal? I feel like its much worse then it was before I passed the sac.

Yes, in my experience it's normal. I had a burning sensation in my lower back along with the labour cramps.

Still bleeding, if i do too much I get really crampy. Wont see my OB till next week. Have a med student friend who is convinced im going to get septic shock. :eyesroll

Still want the world to swallow me, but i must go on.

Septic shock is unlikely - but if you get worried please see a GP, ok? It doesn't sound like you think your med student friend has got anything to worry about, and we're usually the best judge of our bodies.
