How long did you bleed after m/c?

After the m/c started, how many days after did you bleed?

My m/c started last Friday and was finished by Saturday evening. But I have been bleeding off and on since then (never heavy though). My hormone levels have dropped down to 90 so they don't think anything is left inside. It feels like stress or moving around causes the bleeding to start. I know I should rest and I am trying to as much as possible but I have to take care of a busy almost 3yr old and a puppy too. I'm guessing this bleeding is normal but I would feel better to hear from those of you who have been here and I welcome any advice too. Thanks!

When I had mine, I had spotting for a few days before the heavy bleeding started. The heavy bleeding lasted for about 4 days with lots of cramping for about 2 of those days. I think if your numbers are going down that's all you really need to worry about. I read a book about m/c after mine and I was surprised at how different each one was so I think there is a huge range of normal when it comes to m/c. :Hug

I bled 5 weeks. I was still bleeding when my hcg's were below 10. I was very glad when that was over. It took a long time for my body to let the pregnancy go.

I bled for over 3 weeks prior, then about 8-10 days after.

I had a d&c with my last loss and then bled on and off for 2 months after. With my natural miscarriage it was about a week if I remember correctly
