Ultrasound yesterday!

We had our 20 week U/S yesterday and it was amazing to see the baby moving around so much as I have not felt anything yet. The tech measured everything and it all looked good. The weight is 1# and the heartbeat was 149.
I was SO sure it was going to be a boy but she announced it was a girl and mentioned the three lines.
I didn't see anything to show otherwise but in the back of my mind I still think there is a possibility it really is a boy.
We are happy with either but it really is a strange feeling when you think you are so right and you turn out to be wrong! :p

You're not kidding. With our second baby, we didn't want to find out the sex. I was convinced, I mean CONVINCED it was a boy. So sure I didn't even bother with girl names. Everything about the pregnancy was different from the first - the way I felt, the way I carried, all of it. Random strangers would come up to me in the grocery store and announce that I was having a boy. So when the baby was born and DH said "It's a girl!" all I could say was "Are you sure?" DH was the only one, including my midwives, who thought she was a girl. Man, I was so wrong. So much for mom's intuition...
