Hi,
I just wanted to introduce myself. Cynthia Mosher invited me to tell you about some research I'm doing at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. I'm a senior psychology major and I'm studying women's birth experiences. I am currently in the process of recruiting participants to fill out two short surveys. One survey is completed before the birth and the second survey is completed after. I'm really excited to have discovered Mothering.com as it seems like a really great resource for mothers and mothers-to-be. If you or anyone you know is currently pregnant and due sometime between now and April, I'd really love to get in touch with you. I'm looking for women who are planning a range of "birth experiences" including in-hospital (with either a doctor or certified nurse-midwife) and out-of-hospital (with a certified nurse-midwife).
