anyone else got it?
mine started Saturday so the very end of 21 weeks. by monday night it was debilitating and i spent the entire night crying out everytime i tried to move and actually sobbing cuz the pain was so bad. it feels like my hip is out of joint or something and it's only on the right side. makes it hard to sit or lie down or roll over or get in and out of the car...saw my doc tuesday and she said it wasn't all that unusual but everyone i ask IRL says oh yea i had an achy hip-well this is way beyond an ache. this evening it feels alittle better-until i forget and move too fast. heating pad seems to help a little so i'm off to heat it but thought i'd check with the group to see if anyone else was bothered by this...

I had that problem a few weeks ago and went to my chiropractor. When I went in, I was barely able to walk...couldn't put any weight on my right leg at all. All I told him was that it hurt. He started feeling around and touched the exact spot and asked me if that was it. I just about jumped out of my skin. He laid me down and did an adjustment and when I stood up, NO PAIN at all! I was blown away! If I had any doubt about chiros before that I don't anymore. He said that it was definitely out of place and that there was a lot of inflamation (I too had waited several days before going in). He said that it wasn't uncommon with pregnant women because of everything shifting around and that it would likely pop out again. He said to use ice to keep down the inflammation and not to wait so long before coming in next time! It's popped out a couple of times since then but it usually pops back in before I can go see him. I would definitely recommend checking with a chiro instead of just suffering through it! Good luck!

Get thee to a chiropractor!!!! That is the ONLY way I can get through my pregnancies!!!
My chiro also recommends taking epsom salt baths. It really helps with the pain enough to sleep.

Yep definitely the chiro (though I am totally biased, being a chiro :lol ). I haven't seen mine in three weeks :( because she's been sick, and the hips are killing me. When I first saw your post, I thought you might be talking about the ache, which bites hard enough on its own, but the kind of pain you are talking about it really not OK, and you don't have to hurt like that. Chiro care is awesome in pregnancy, to keep you and the babe healthy and keep everything lined up for an easier birth.
