Soooo happy with my new OB!

I recently switched out of the military healthcare system (where I'd originally seen a CNM, then an OB b/c of twins) and had my first appt with my new doc yesterday and could not be more pleased! He came upon the highest recommendation of some of my like-minded friends, and while he delivers at the highest-tech hospital in our region (Level III NICU, etc.), he is very, very natural pregnancy and childbirth friendly. He even spent more time talking with me and prompting me to ask questions than either of the midwives I'd seen before ever did. He also highly recommended both of the doulas I'd been looking into. Just thought I'd share my happy day!

An ob who listens to you and is into natural childbirth, plus the hospital having access to state of the art equip just in case! Good job!! Sounds like your with a competent person:love Glad your happy about it too:D

awesome! I meet my OB for the first time in 10 days or so. She is supposed to be pro twin vag delivery (per my midwife) so I hope I am as happy as you are. I will alternate between the OB and midwife for my appts from now on.
