What is RRL?

Can someone help me out? I noticed some chatting about RRL in the March due date threads. It looks really interesting, but I have NO CLUE what it is.:shy

RRL = red raspberry leaf....usually made into a tea, it's a uterine tonic (helps tone the uterus)
