miscarriage and pain question

I recnelty had a m/c and haven't bled for about a week, however I have still been having some serious take my breath away cramps. Is this normal?

Depending on how far along you were, your uterus could still be shrinking back to it's original size, and that can be PAINFUL, sometimes feeling like labor contractions. But, just to be safe, you should check with your midwife/dr. I'm sorry about your loss :hug
