arnica dosage while pregnant?

I went walking with my speedy dad the other day and my hip is killing me! I can take arnica, right? How much of 30C is recommended?

no, I haven't done any chiropractic stuff...but I haven't had much for joint problems until now. It was just a sore hip from trying to keep up with my dad who runs marathons...he's a zippy walker too!:lol
