Bismarck Chiropractor Rec??

Can anyone reccommend a good chiropractor in Bismarck or Mandan. I really want to go to one for my back.

Every night my upper back just stiffins up. It's okay during the day, but at night it gets so stiff and then starts to spasm painfully when I try to get up. It's only been going on for 2 months. I don't know if it's my position, but I have been sleeping on my side with my bottom arm up because I am usually breastfeeding. It actually does ache during the day, but not like at night.

I went to one about 5 yrs ago that I was NOT impressed with (I guess I shouldn't chosen my chiropractor based on a coupon that came in the mail ).

I need one that can take BC/BS.

We go to Dr. Deitz at ABC chiropractic. He is really good. He is really good with ds. He's got kids of his own. I'm not sure if they accept BC/BS as I do not have that insurance.

I routinely recommend Debbie Schoepp at Schoepp Family Chiropractic, she specializes in pregnant women and babies/children. I have also gone to Carol Winkler.

Edited to add: Debbie is in Mandan on Burlington, and yes they accept BCBS, Carol is located on Interchange Ave., they also accept BCBS.
