Ds has been saying he wants his bed in his room, formely known as the playroom. Of course at night time he'd change his mind. Well, last Sun I decided to reorganize the playroom w/ds & dh's help. All of a sudden ds says "let's do it dad, let's put my big boy bed in my room." And they did.
I had and still do have mixed emotions. I'm so proud of him on one hand b/c he really loves it and he even makes his bed in the am. But I'm missing him so much. I admit, it's nice having my own night stand again, but I miss his little body next to mine :( I can see the corner of his bed form my pillow and the dog sleeps by him all night...I'm adjusting.
