rowan is now in his own room. *SOB*WAIL*CRY*
my little man has just sorta unceremoniuosly made the switch. sleeps through until his normal wake-up time of 7ish without a peep. it's weird...dave really misses him in bed...for the past 9months or so it's been just he and rowan in the bed (i was in the recliner during pg and for the past 3mos). but now it's just me and dave in the bed...which, i gotta admit, is bizarre. i'm not used to it yet. LOL dave doesn't feel comfortable with ava in the bed until she's a bit older (we waited until 6mos with rowan when he was very good at rolling over both ways, etc). and she has also been showing us that she prefers her own space to sleep. so she's in her moses basket next to us inside the co-sleeper.
so...nobody's in our bed but us. ummm...*shuffles feet* it just feels ODD! i don't know what to do with all the space. LOL i'll get used to it eventually i'm sure.
oh, and my back is KILLING me from sleeping in the flat bed. i also think we need to flip the mattress (memory foam) because it's so soft now and that doesn't help my back any. i just want the bed to be comfy again for me. right now it's sort of a torture chamber. LOL
oh back to the kids...we're gonna set up ava's crib today i think...put it in our room and start getting her used to sleeping in there so it's not a huge shock when she doesn't fit in her basket anymore.
so that's my novel.
