I Need Help on Placental Abruption !

I have placental abruption and have been on strict bed rest for 3 weeks now. What can I do to heal quicker (spotting w/some very light bleeding entire time after a week stay at the hospital) ? Also, I still want to have a homebirth and wonder what precautions that will entail. Will the placenta detach properly? Increased bleeding? Will the placenta detach before baby is out? Staying down all the time is making me feel horribly unhealthy and feels very unnatural. Ive lost so much strength already that it wears me out making a trip to the bathroom. How can you have the stamina to give birth when you havent used your body in so long? By the way I am 28 weeks. What should I do? I greatly appreciate anyones help, I can't seem to find anything helpful on the net.
