Hello! I have a friend who is trying to find a pre-school for her daughter in the Pasadena/ San MArino area, CA?
Her DD is 3 y.o., and she has looked into various schools, but many of them adhere to rules, or push certain behaviors, such as "having to all sit in a circle for stories" or "color within the lines" rather than letting them go with what they find interesting or want to explore. She believes in gentle discipline, so I thought this might be a great place to find other moms who know about schools in her area.
She was also interested in finding or starting a co-op with other moms, so that may be an option as well. If you have any suggestions for this area, or know of any good schools around here, please let me know!
