I can't stop drooling, despite the fact that we need all of our $ for the wedding

Yeah, those mutts are so tempting. I missed out on the CDing until DD was in larges because I had no $ and had a few generic CDs. DD had to use 'sposies at daycare :(
Do you guys have a 12 step program I could join?

Ok so I bought some today. I can't stop drooling either. I want one of each. I could spend half my paycheck and still want more! There are so many cute ones and I have to try and stay gender neutral! I think this is only going to get worse!

For some reason, as much as a fluff addict as I am...I cant bring myself to buy any NB wool till I pass the 12 weeks mark! However, I am buying wool with no care in the world to the color...blue is ok now for some reason ;)

I am also waiting until I pass 12 weeks and then watch out! I also plan on sewing a bunch myself :) NB cloth diapers are soooo cute!

ohhh the first thing I did- before testing or even before telling dh (but please never let that out)-- was order a special custom cover with embroidery depicting the dream that told me I was pg.
I guess I've got it bad.

I am always buying NB stuff. Although no Baby is a brewing I am building a stash for my Goddess child due in June. It is really fun to collect for a new mama to be!

I have an entire stash from ds birth that he never wore even 1 of. They are all sposed to be up to 12 lbs but never fit my little moose - though he was just 8 9oz. He was born sraight into 3-6 clothes too and really only stayed there a few weeks:love maybe this one'll be a peanut and fit the newborn dipes-- but I doubt it:lol

:blush I started buying while we were ttc. We're all set now. I caught a few good online sales. I just want to buy a couple of cute fleece covers later on (in case I don't like hand washing the wool).
And I never understood what all the fluff hype was about... :lol :mischief

I don't have the urge to buy newboarn diaprs, but I have already started knitting a newborn soaker. I'm also having a hard time staying away from maternity clothes.

:bag: I have two dozen nb aios already, that I bought awhile ago, because I noticed a good deal on the TP :bag: I am actually NOT going to buy alot of other fancy fluff because I loved simple contours and covers for Luke.
Monica, ditto on the maternity clothes! I definitely don't need them, but they're calling to me!

I haven't bought any, but I plan to make all of mine. Really, I have what I need for newborn period - prefolds and covers. But I want to make fitteds anyway, because they're oh so cute and tiny! I made one so far from my own pattern and tried it on a 2 week old and it worked so well! So I'm really excited to make more.
But I can't make more until I get some ENERGY. Ugh!
I have lots of microfleece and bamboo coming in the next couple months, plus I already have hemp, BKT, velour, sherpa, PUL, etc. So I've got tons of fabric to make some really awesome newborn diaps, but just can't get my rump to the sewing machine! :lol Maybe in a few weeks, I'll get more energy and be a diaper sewing fool! :mischief

:lol I bought one newborn very baby fitted the other day. It's so cute and I keep petting it. My husband thinks I have lost my mind! I'm going to try and not buy too much more until after I get further along, but I couldn't help myself!
I bought a pair of maternity capris today....I feel so fat right now, even though I've lost over 4 lbs since getting pregnant, I can't seem to eat anything. I think it's because it feels like everything is moving forward.

I can't believe I don't have an overwhelming urge to buy them, but I don't. I have a good start from ds2, but I will need more. I got tired of handwashing wool with two in dipes (and I suck at lanolizing) so I think I am going to stick with pockets and AIOs. Well I want a few newborn fitteds because they are just so cute!

Haven't been buying NB dipes- have plenty of prefolds and proraps from ds #2. Did go to the Hanna Andersson outlet $5/75% off sale today though...

I can't wait to start collecting/making/buying dipes for this wee one.
My 2 3/4yo son is still in large fuzzi bunz, so I have cloth dipe stuff all over the place, but nothing is quite as adorable as dipes that fit a newborn heiny!
I'm waiting for a while and hoping to buy used dipes from some mamas in my local ap group, and then make some and then buy others to fill in the gaps.
I love that we don't need much at all for this baby. The cost savings for all the things we don't need/use (like crib, stroller, formula) means that I can enjoy the dipe collection process. :love

I bought a celebratory fitted & matching cover in a GN teddy bear print because I've been LOVING that set since I first saw it months ago. I have some preemie PF's, a Size 0 FCB embroidered AIO, & a Size 0 LC fitted, & 1 NB Prorap cover. I want to sew a bunch too, now that I know how to do it!

This will be my frist time CDing, so I haven't bought anything yet for fear of not getting the right stuff. I really want to get some dipes. Anybody have any input re: one of those package deals that some places have available? I know that I've seen a couple of versions of "all the dipes you'll need from newborn to potty trained"

Miranda, check out Diaperpin.com for reviews. That's how I decided what to get. Also, if it's your first time cding you might want to go with AIO's (All In Ones) which are diapers and covers all in one. They are supposed to be as easy as disposables. In hindsight, that's what I wish I had done but I got carried away with fitteds (Ecobaby, Under the Nile, and Loveybums) so I'll have to go the diaper/cover way, which is fine but not as easy (so I've heard). With dd I blindly went the cheapest way and didn't stick with it because she was leaking all over the place and nothing was fitting right.

I am so glad I am not the only one infatuated with cloth diapers. This is our first and I have been looking at cloth diapers since before we started TTC!! Now that we are expecting, my infatuation is only getting worse. I have tried to curb the temptation to buy by setting up an online wishlist of those that I am want. I too plan to wait until after 12 weeks before I buy any cd, but after that - watch out!!!
