My First Appt

It went well.. I got right in to the sono the baby is measuring 7 weeks today. The HB is 145 bpm.. MY DR is awesome and as usual he did my pap and I didnt even know he did it .. He told me that Im going to most likely get a cerlage around 13 weeks but he will let me know 100% at my next appt. He said I could still get up and do things w/ DD since bedrest is such a big concern for me as I was on BR for 20 weeks w/ DD:( . He also told me I need to excerise 4-5 times a week light stuff and to avoid white carbs thats going to be tough right now feeling so icky!!!

i'm glad it went well! i have to wait a month b4 my first b/c of insurance :mischief but i can't wait! it must have given you a warm fuzzy feeling to get to hear the heartbeat!!

I had a cerclage placed at 13 weeks with my now nearly 3 yo son. It went great and I wasn't on bedrest for even one day for the entire pregnancy after that. The cerclage was removed at 35 weeks and he was a VBAC delivery at 38 1/2 weeks.

I had a vaginal sono.. I think the bean is too small to see otherwise..:lol
