OT- We are land owners!

My husband and me closed on 15 acres of land yesterday!! Now if I can just talk him into getting a house!! He wants to build but I want to just get a manufactured home. Either way it will be a while tell we move most likely.

(right now we live in a manufactured home with my father in law :irked: )

Wow, Jessica! 15 acres is wonderful! I'm soooo happy for you! We are trying to sell our home right now so we can buy land. We won't be able to buy any until we sell this home which seems like it will never sell. We want land so we can have a milk cow.

So exciting! Try to be patient and ask your dh to draw up some plans so you can see the type of home he has in mind. It might help you envision what he wants to do and it might help him to get his butt movin!
