First there was the comment from Barbara Walters about breastfeeding in public being "indecent". Now, Elisabeth Hasselback is promoting formula for one *brand* of formula. :irked:

Did you happen to catch the episode where Donald Sutherland worked breastfeeding into an answer just to mess with the Viewlings?:thumb Pretty much the only reason to watch that show would be to find out what letters need to be written to complain about the show, but that episode sounded funny.

Donald Sutherland seems like a good guy. Many years ago, he wrote a beautiful account of the natural birth of his son at a freestanding birth centre. I wish I still had the magazine it was printed in -- at the time I didn't know the baby would also turn out to be a celebrity.

I saw what you were talking about, and Elizabeth makes me ill anyway. Im not a big view fan, although I thought I would share one shiny piece of tin foil in the dog turd that is "The View"
They were talking about Dr.Ferber's recent retraction of his methods of CIOs being the only way to go :irked: , and of course good ol elizabeth was defending him, JOY on the other hand was shaking her head, and said
"Thank god my mother never read a book"
I just thought that was peachy!

I can not stand this group of cackeling hens. But, for some reason I find myself sucked in to the beginning of the program most mornings. I dont know why, I usually just get irritated with them. :lol
