Is it okay to supplement with just selenium, or is it better to take a multi-mineral supplement? The ones I've looked at don't have very much selenium in them. I do live in a selenium-rich area but I doubt most of the fruits/veggies I buy are locally grown.
And if I supplement with just selenium, is there a particular form of it that is best (ie what should I look for)?
