I've had muscles spasms in my lower back off and on for a month now. I'm 34 wks along and they are getting progressively worse. :( I had back labor bad with my daughter, and was told by some one that the spasms i have now could be Braxton Hicks. Is this accurate, because i never felt any contractions with my daughter until they broke my water, and was told that I may not feel any this time either, that muscle spasms might just be it. If so, should I time the spasms?
