My sleep just keeps getting interrupted! And I cannot go back to sleep once I am up.
This morning, at 2am, Vonage people call to thank me for being a great customer. It's not their fault as I have a Chicago area code. But still, that doesn't help me get back to sleep. It is now 3am and I'm sitting here wide awake.
I'll be ready to fall back to sleep at about 6 when the kids wake up.:zzz
Anyone else having trouble sleeping?

me! I am soo tired at the end of the day, but I just lay there and toss and turn, for 2 hours last night! And 3 the night before. And I've been getting up at 7:30 on the dot. Which is early here, really early.

If only my kids would sleep that late...

Count me in. I was going to post a message with the same title. I go to bed between 10 and 11, lay there for an hour or 2, and then get up the next morning at 5. The only thing saving me right now is my short naps with dd in the afternoon. How can a person be so tired yet not sleep? This is all new to me. I slept like a log throughout my first pregnancy!!

I just got back from a vacation on the east coast, so I am waking way earlier than normal... but no insomnia... yet. I had it really bad with my son later in pregnancy. But so far, so good. :)

Try eating a high protein snack before bed like yogurt with granola or toast with peanut butter. I notice I sleep much better if I do that. Also, if you feel up to it, a brisk walk in the evening can help alot too.
That said, I often have to get up in the night and eat. Ds4 is still nursing alot and through the night and that just adds to my hunger! :)

I've been sleeping like the dead. Seriously. I feel so refreshed and rested in the mornings. I've been going to bed WAY earlier than normal though and I've been getting up like right at sun rise.
I'm sure this will change for me though. I slept horribly with my son.:D
