gentian violet question

I just bought some to treat our thrush. It says it contains 10% alcohol. Is that ok?:o

yes.

it is a very small amount and most of it evaporates within seconds of putting it on a cotton swab for treatment and the rest within seconds of being put in baby's mouth.
