Let's celebrate making it to the 2nd Trimester!!!

While some things say the 2nd trimester starts at 12 weeks and some say it starts at 14 weeks, lets celebrate making it to the 2nd trimester together!

I am 14 weeks today and thrilled to be here!!! I feel more relaxed about the pregnancy in general and have started knitting newborn soakers to celebrate the 2nd trimester. My energy has come back, but unfortunately my m/s is still around.

What is different for you?

I'll be 14 weeks Tuesday. My energy is better and I think I have a little more tolerance for everyday life.

Oh, and though no one else can tell, I think I'm starting to show.

I thought I was 12 weeks and 6 days, however, I had a big scare this morning, which reulted in an u/s in the ER and the tech. said I am 14 weeks. Anyway, until this point, my energy is back, I can make it through an entire workout and m/s is gone.
Yesterday, around lunch I started spotting and it didn't stop all night, so we headed to the ER about 6am. I had a m/c in the past, so I wanted to know what was going on. Fortunately, u/s confirmed baby is doing great. She took pictures of his/her entire anatomy and said he/she is perfectly developed and only needs to gain weight. The Dr. said it is a UTI and my cervix is very sensitive due to the infection. He sent me home with an antibiotic, orders for lots of rest, no exercise and no sex.
Sorry to vent - I know that wasn't the intention of this thread, but I am so thankful things with baby are okay. I hope the infection clears up without any further complications and we can all celebrate the 2nd trimester and beyond together!

I'm 12 weeks, 5 days and consider myself to be in the 2nd trimester! I'm feeling much better, although I am still somewhat moody and fatigued. I'm (hopefully) at the tail end of a horrible yeast infection, so I'm sure that is influencing my demeanor. I've heard that the end of the first trimester is somewhere around 12-14 weeks, but that the rate of m/c goes down at 12 weeks. I'm celebrating for sure. :)

I'm a little over 12.5 weeks! My morning sickness has tapered off, but still not totally gone. And I can't wait for my energy to come back - hopefully within the next couple weeks as it seems those of you at 14 weeks have yours back.

WOOHOO!! Second Trimester!! But I'm pretty sure I over estimated myself today. For the past few days I've been feeling great. Not sick at all. I have energy to get out of bed willingly. It's awesome. SO...today I decided to be an idiot I supose. Went and rented a carpet cleaner. Hoisted that big thing into the back of the truck, Went grocery shopping for 2 hours and put it all away. Now I'm too tired to clean the carpet. Wow....stupid of me. But it wasn't too cheap, so I guess i'm going to have to make myself. Oh Boy.:dizzy:

I just got back from my u/s appt and I'm at 12w2d instead of exactly 11w as the nurse's spinning chart predicted. I told my OB that I'm fairly certain I ovulated on April 30, and she said, "Oh, that makes perfect sense now." So I'm in the 2nd trimester club! I'm feeling ECSTATIC!!!! I've been so worried about losing this baby, and seeing that perfect little heartbeat today finally put me at ease. :D

I am 14 wks today, but am still really nervous. M/s and sore breasts are letting up a little bit, so that's good (I guess). I will feel much better when/if I get to hear the heartbeat at my appointment a week from Friday (wish I didn't have to wait so long!).

I'm 15 weeks today! Still NO energy whatsoever, but m/s is pretty much gone, which is great!

13 weeks tommorrow! Yeah! Congrats to all the other moms at reaching this big milestone! I am still tired but feeling much more human :)
