Anyone know of a good prenatal vitamin? A natural one preferably. I am taking vitamins right now but they are making me sick.

Hi, KDF... I just started Rainbow Lite Complete system prenatals about 10 days ago, and just got my BFP yesterday (yeah!). I can honestly tell a big improvement in my energy level (had been taking prescription prenatals for 3 yrs now (still BF DS#1). You take them 3x/day, but it has not been a big deal. I found them on vitaminshoppe.com for what came out to only about $16/mos... just a few bucks more than my insurance-covered ones! I ordered the largest size to get that price (details may vary a bit, but that is the gist!). Good luck, and I have heard lots of women recommend Rainbow Lite! Michelle

I personally wouldnt take vitamins because it masks what your body really craves. Just eat healthy foods and you should be all good

Well my dh went to our health store yesterday to ask about prenatal vitamins. They said that I don't need them. The only reason that they carry prenatals is b/c some ppl "think" they need them. They said that we are taking the best multivitamin out there. So I guess I won't worry anymore. Plus I eat way healthy this pregnancy then last.

Yup! I'd say just a regular multi is good!

And lots of fruits and veggies!

Well that is all I am craving is fruits and veggies. And it is the only thing that keeps the nausea at bay. :)
