I am 5 weeks 3 days and had a little spotting this morning--red streaks in discharge when I wiped. I called the doctor's office to ask for my HCG count series to be moved up to today (I was going to have it done in a week or so because my original number was on the low side). They took blood and wanted to do a vaginal ultrasound. She saw the gestational sac, but nothing else, and though she said it was probably too early still, she'd like to repeat the ultrasound in one week to rule out a blighted ovum:( . I had spotting start at 6 weeks with DS, but he had a healthy heartbeat by then. I'm really worried, but trying to stay positive. Please send sticky vibes my way. :sticky :sticky :sticky :sticky

My HCG count done yesterday was 2,120. Doctor said that was good because it more than doubled every two days since the first count done at 13dpo. I'll be getting it tested again tomorrow to make sure it's still increasing, then an ultrasound on Friday to check the gestational sac again. I had a little more spotting today and feel a bit crampy, but that could just be my nerves. All I can do now is hope for the best...:innocent
