View Full Version : morning sickness lessening?
Anyone having less morning sickness now at 10 weeks? I think the peak for me was between 6 and 8. Now, not waking up every day feeling completely green (but, I am feeling queasy more often at night -- and in the middle of the night when I wake up to pee). This is my first time, so any anecdotes, sharing similar experiences or otherwise handholding would be greatly appreciated! :Thanks

With me it just comes and goes, if it makes you feel any better. I find it really correlates to what I am eating (like if it's junk I usually feel really yucky after I eat it) and if I am exercising too. Mine is much better, for some reason, with daily exercise. Not to mention how much better my mood is! I wouldn't worry, I was sick for about a week with my son and then poof! it just went away.

I'm at 7 weeks and a few days and my MW told me that I am probably at my peak. I sure hope so!! My new job starts next week and it consists of teaching about 3 aerobics classes a day and lots of standing when I'm not exercising! YIKES- exercise and standing a lot has not been helping my M/S

I'm at 9 1/2 weeks.
I'm glad to hear that there might be an end to the sickness soon.
Tonight I ate healthy for the first time since I started having an aversion to everything. We has Black eye peas with brown rice, Steamed broccoli and kale.I actually ate all of it and feel better than I have in weeks!

11 weeks and the nausea is nearly gone...thank God! I still have a wave now and again, but nothing like it was between week 6-8. Oh and I have energy again, I did the dishes for the first time in a month, and cleaned the house.

I haven't had too much morning sickness but more of an occasionally *ugh* I feel bad type of thing. Yesterday was really bad for me. My A/C is on the fritz & the heat does me in.

I'm 10 wks today and I feel alright during the day. Not great but better than before. Still VERY tired. Come 6:00 at night, though, I'm sick as a dog still and in bed for the night. It really stinks. I can't wait until this part is over.
Thanks for all of the replies. Sometimes I forget that, although we're all due in Feb, were actually in different weeks right now!
LindsayJean -- I also teach aerobics, although only one day a week right now. I'm trying to take it really easy since I have a tendency to go all out. That, and I've had a bit of brown spotting. I'd love to compare notes as one fitness instructor to another going through this ....

My m/s has mostly gone away this week (8th). I thought that it was going to start picking up and getting worse, but thank God I was wrong. I have some energy now, so that is helping a LOT. My house isn't nearly as disgusting as it was last week :lol
