I thought with all the books that are out there, it would be nice to have a list of the ones that we all found helpful in getting us through this.

I know for me there were a few books that I relied on heavily b/c I just wasn't willing to go to a doctor b/c there aren't any in my area that I trusted.

The one book that I found to be wonderful was The Natural guide to Pregnancy and Postpartum Health by Dean Raffelock (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1583331387/103-2025878-3710222?v=glance&n=283155).

I started a post here (http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=469358) about it.

Anyhow ~ I'd love to see what books you guys found helpful :)

The book "When Words Are Not Enough" was a saving grace for me.

My favorite is "Women's Moods" -- it really helped me understand the whole connection to hormones and why my symptoms returned every time I ovulated! It also has a nice program of self care.

Thanks you guys ~ I've written those down :) I'm currently reading Beyond the Blues, I like her advice thus far except for the bf'ing advice I took from it that they were more formula suportive than bf'ing supportive ~ although I think really what they were trying to do was alleviate any guilt mom's would feel if they couldn't, I dunno.
