I just got a used copy of the book
Bountiful, Beautiful, Blissful: Experience the Natural Power of Pregnancy and Birth with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by Gurmukh
Besides the meditation and yoga postures peppered throughout (which is good but not the only thing in the book), the writing is very good. Her stories and perspectives on each trimester really helped me to reconsider and re-channel some of my nervous energy and to consider how everything I am doing, including naming pain or discomfort, could be more positive and/or thoughtful.
I felt like it was a wonderful read good for any stage of pregnancy and something which could help you to stay positive about your body image during pregnancy.
