we aren't taking a class, and we are jotting our own notes down, but if anyone would be willing to share what they have (just typed out in Word or faxed, or what have you), please email me through my profile.
Thank you!
I know it's a little crazy, since I am due in a week, but DP didn't fully appreciate his role in all this until now.

I am not asking you to violate copyright laws . .. just if you have what the most basic things my partner ought to remember, have in his little notebook to say to me, please share what those were.
We are going to work on it when he gets home this evening, so far I want to include things like . . .
--Relax your Jaw/shoulders etc.
--visualize us meeting our baby . . .
--basics for each of the 3 breathing techniques
--Birthplan type reminders: NO consent to episiotomy, No Pain scale info, No coached pushing, Limited internal exams, limited info on dilation/effacement/station so as not to discourage . . .
he tried lighttouch massage on me yesterday and it was Soooooooo relaxing.
Also, checked out all of the stephen halpern cd's from the library and the Chakra Suite is rocking the [baby's] house! This will be on in the background fo'sho!!
I also found some great material by googling "birth affirmations" and the top ones are something I will include in the little notebook for DP as well.
I am feeling much more optimistic & ABLE today, thank goodness!
