Terrible diarrhea and some bleeding/12 weeks

I don't know what is happening to my body. I am 12 weeks today. Last Monday, I was severly constipated (I have had horrible morning sickness. No vomiting but I am not able to eat much.) That resolved and went immediately into horrible diarrhea that has lasted ever since. As soon as I eat something, it leaves me. What I believe to be stomach cramps are soon followed by diarrhea.

I was concerned and checked in with my doctor (they weren't too worried). I know it is not a virus.

Yesterday, I woke up from a nap with blood on my underwear. I went to the ER and everything looked fine (baby is measuring three days ahead and a heart beat of 169).

Early this morning, I woke up with cramps again (don't really know what kind). I then passed a small amount of blood and a small blood clot. I then had diarrhea again.

I am seeing the high risk OB today for my NT but am so terrified.

What could be happening? Could this end up OK?

(My last two pregnancies were miscarriages)

That sounds scary, and I can't imagine a week of cramping diarrhea has been fun. I don't have any advice, just wanted to offer a hug and good thoughts. :Hug

I'm sorry momma you're having such a rough go at it....:(

I don't have any advice really just wanted to let you know that I had severe diarrhea around the same time you did and it lasted for about three weeks!!! OUCH! It was so bad, I had to open up one of my packs of baby wipes..:lol

My OB instructed me to drinks lots of fluids to keep from dehydrating and they also told me to drink Propel.... it's a vitamin packed water. Good luck momma and hope things clear up soon..:thumb
