i've been feeling really yucky and am trying what I know to alleviate this 'morning' sickness (that lasts all the time except when I'm asleep) What I know to try is:
accupressure bands
small, frequent meals
crackers before getting out of bed
no fried or greasy foods
ginger tea
extra vitamin B6
do you do anything else that works? Mine seems worse than I remember it

Sometimes a Coke helps me. I haven't been sick with this one so far (knock wood and praise God) But I was sick for 7 months with our first child. I used pheneragan.
With my first and second pregnancies I learned to never let my stomach get completely empty. For me that was the worst, so I snacked all the time.
I hope you feel better soon.

Protein Protein Protein....eat OFTEN.
Lots of B vitamins if possible.
None of these REALLY help me in the end. I have had hyperemesis with all my pregnancies so far. I have ended up on Zofran with all of them. We plan plan plan to make it without it each time.
I have tried the reliefband (like the sea bands but shocks you).
I am going to try acupuncture this time. Homeopathy really helped me last time stay off the Rx's until 12 weeks.
The best website with EVERY possible remedy/choice/medicaiton for pregnancy sickness is www.helpher.org

Sour things help me a lot so far. Mega warheads, sour altoid drops, pickles, all of those wonderful sour things. making ginger tea helps too, and if you buy the ginger candy that "the ginger people" makes it is extra yummy!

With my first, I tried almost everything. I was working in a health food/ supplement store and my lovely bosses were very sweet in offering me help at no cost. However, I was sick sick sick for at least 6 months. Nothing helped.
The upside was that I didn't gain much weight, even though my son was almost 9 pounds.
