LOL, I took one the other night...under the full moon! I plan to take one each month on the full moon, since I'm not really interested in days/dates this time.

Christi2705, I have 33 pounds of leftover from ds! :irked: I lost five pounds when he was born...that's it! And I'm one of the lucky ones that keeps an extra layer (or two!) of maternal fat when I'm nursing! :lol So, I'm starting this pregnancy the heaviest I've ever been! :( I'm hoping this baby feeds off that for a good couple months...

I'm not sure how to either...I think a host has to start a different thread for that...we'll see!! I got big really quick, but it's all bloat. But it sure is poking out there! My doctor warned me that this would happen, that I would show quickly, because with my last pregnancy I showed super quick. I lost her at 16 weeks, just a few months ago, so he said my body would go back to pregnancy mode pretty quick since my muscles are already a little stretched. Oy vey...

No belly pics from me yet. I'm a bit overweight so already have a bigger tummy than what I wanted at this stage of the game.

You can google video and find a cool video where a couple took pictures every day of the pregnancy and put them together. Very cool.

I hear you, Monkey Princess. My sister got very thin while bf, but not me. Bearly lost anything.

My plan this time around is to only gain 15-20 pounds. I much more motivated to eat healthy. For me, it's about not snacking after supper and portion control.

Is there any way we can make this thread sticky. i was looking at the other month clubs and they seem to have alot of belly pics. the only thing i noticed is that they only have pics of when they are in second trimester and above. i think we gals need to start posting now so that when we look back we can see the difference between everyone.

OK i personally recommend using photobucket.com.

Once you are there, if you dont have an account setup already, do so.

There should an image upload box. upload all the pictures you want.

If you scroll down, the images you uploaded are shown.

Check the box under the pic (only one at a time) and click generate HTMLand IMG code.

It will then give you a bunch of codes. i tried all of them to see how they came out and you are better off using the one that says "IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards"

Copy and past it into the thread you are creating... and TADAAAA.

Do these steps for every picture you would like to add.

NOTE: when you are at the page that shows the different codes, do not click on the back button to get to the main page. There should be a link next to where it say s"current album". click on that instead.

HOPE I MADE THIS DUUUURRRR PROOF. :nut

I don't have anything to show yet, either. But last time I didn't show till month 5! People started making fun of me that I was kidding @ being pg! But I have a long torso and when I started a bump-it really popped out!

Ok, I just showed it to DH and now he wants to do this. Anyone know how? He says that you would have to have a camera sitting there for 9 + months without moving it. I'm not too sure if that will happen with a 3.5 yo around. Any ideas? Anyone?

to do the photo thing I think you would just take a photo each week in the same exact spot, you may even have to mark it on the wall to have it be precise and then you could do a slideshow with the time between photos be extremely short, I would actually have it run slower I thought it was too fast

We took one last night (4w0d) and I plan to take one every Monday evening. I took belly shots with my last PG and I want to see how the second one differs from the first. But, my camera is playing with me, so the pics are still on there.

i hate this... it seems like everytime i look my stomach gets flatter rather than bigger.... i was actually showing by the time i was 6 weeks and now im about to be 14 and nothing!!!! is this normal? i get depressed cuz i think what if im really NOT preggo. which is probably impossible. but i feel like im going through all this for nothing!! arghh... i get so frustrated

Don't worry! Not unusual at all for a first time mom not to show until the 5th month! Have no fear - the belly will come - no way around it!!

Yes, it's very normal. I didn't show until 6-7 mo. with my first. My 14 week belly picture with my first is skinny me, with no belly, not even a bump!. This time around at 14 weeks I look as pregnant as I did at 6 mo. with the first. You're belly will get there, you have to be patient.

I notice (considering it was first thing in the morning, it seems to get bigger as the day goes on) that the 'bump' is more distinct and lower than in my 10 week shot.

Wow, that is awesome. Your belly did seem to pop at 15 weeks. I am 13 weeks and 2 or 3 days or something and you can't really tell I am pregnant. I just look like I am gaining weight. I need to take pictures. I think I'll get dh to take on today. :)

Your bump is so cute! Be brave! Bare bellies are the best! (In the 'I'm Pregnant' forum there was a poster who birthed triplets- and nearly all her belly shots were her around her house in her unders- must have been hot and uncomfortable- but she looked incredible! ;-)

Yes, I'm desperately trying to corral my boobies. None of my bras fit, so I'm just cramming them into an old, stretchy Decent Exposures bra (most comfy thing I own). Of course, it means they hang nearly to my knees. :lol

And no matter how well I try to brush my hair, it always ends up climbing itself and knotting up. With my other long-haired friends, we always assumed they were just too tired/busy to comb their hair (and hubby did it for our best friend when she was exhausted). . . . now I've discovered that one symptom of pregnancy is rats' nests. Yes, indeedy. They just happen. :dizzy:

One advantage to carrying in close is that my center of gravity isn't too different from my normal self.
