We're having a May babe, and a nursing while pg ?

Yay, we found out a few days ago that I am pg due 5.22.07! I am so so excited. I have an older dd who turned 2 in July.

She is still nursing and I am not really experiencing any adverse feelings to nursing. I thought I would be sore and wouldn't want to nurse, but it hasn't been that bad, or really any more annoying than it usually is to have a toddler haning off you. Do you think I have anything to worry about? Or is it maybe too soon for my breasts to be reacting to the pg? I am only just 4 weeks today. I hope that the new little bean is strong and growing in there.

It may be too soon for the soreness to be kickin' in. I just started feeling very sore yesterday and I'm due 6 days before you...so maybe next week? I have no advice to offer on bf'ing while pregnant, dd weaned just last month! Best wishes to you and dd (and the little bean too ;) )

The soreness may or may not come :)

I am still nursing my 2 yr old but only once a day or once every other day. I am hoping he weans soon as I really, really dislike nursing while being PG due to prior experiences.

I'm due May 20 & the soreness hasn't hit me yet, thank goodness! If I remember right, I think it happened closer to 6 weeks when I was pg w/ DS and nursing DD.

I didn't wean him, I kept on keepin' on...but I did find it a little annoying at times. I think it was just hormones b/c I never got annoyed before! :lol
