So, I think that my son has some food sensetivities that present in behavioral ways. Is there a specific website that is good to start at? Any books that are better than others? I did a search on elimination diets at the library and only one popped up, which does not seem right to me. Are there any specific diets that are more helpful than others? HELP please.

We had behavioural issues with my eldest (ADD symptoms) and my naturapath suggested we eliminate (in this order):

1. Dairy
2. Processed foods (especially those with artificial colourings.)
3. White sugar

It's been really helpful!

Check out Is This Your Child by Doris Rapp.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0688119077?v=glance

It's also on sale at bookcloseouts for half the amazon price (but I don't know how shipping works out). http://www.bookcloseouts.com/default.asp?R=0688119077B

She has a rotation diet at the end of the book to help you diagnose allergies based on behaviour.
