Is this possible? I'm starting to notice a pattern of congestion after eating ice cream at night but I don't get it from a glass or two of nonfat milk, yogurt or cheese.

Do any other cold things cause similar symptoms? That is what triggers mine. I also get it if I drink to much iced drinks, but ice cream is the worst. I never knew why, though. . . |
