Ligament pain down "there" ?

I've been having pain in what seems like the inside side wall off and on for the last month or so. After sex last week, it's gotten worse. I called the nurse and she said it's just ligament pain and nothing I could do, but if it continues to let them know.
I did some cleaning this week-end and now it's hurting worse.
Could it really just be ligament pain? is there really nothing I can do to relieve it?
It was just hurting when I walked or stood for too long. Now it hurts as I'm sitting here. And it hurt last night rolling over in bed.
I didn't have this with DS so this is new to me.

I've been told it's completely normal.......and then I experienced it myself, a weird combination of a throb and twitch. I couldn't believe it but it happens. It usually doesn't last long and goes away quickly. I've never had it last for more than 10 minutes and usually only happens a couple of times a week.

Actually, it feels more like a pulled muscle. Just this constant pain. I feel myself almost limping when I walk too.

I had the same thing and my midwife recommended an increase in magnesium. If your prenatal doesn't have it, take an add'l supplement. She said she's had wonderful luck with that. So far, it's worked fine for me. No more pain...

It could also be a varicose vein in "there" yep I got one myself already and I know how bad it hurts. I have read to try to push it in but I haven't had much luck there.
