OK, I know all about how our joints loosen later in pregnancy to allow the pelvis to spread for birth.
But I'm due in JUNE and am barely along.
So, what's with the hip pain whenever I lay down? Makes sleeping horrible, and I can't get comfortable no matter how I lay, or what pillow combo I use, or if I pull my legs up, or lay on my side vs. back....
I thought yesterday it was lower back pain (scary), but realized last night it was my HIPS. Finally got up at 5 ish and took a Tylenol, and managed sleep until 7 or so when the neighbor's dog was crying to be let in (grrr).
Gives me much appreciation for my poor mother who has arthritis and has had bilateral replacements...:(
Anyone else having this??
