My legs fee weird...

I was curious if anyone else is getting a strange sensation in their legs when they lay down at night. I feel this uneasy, nervious feeling, like my legs want to get up and run around or that my muscles want to contract. Its a very strange feeling and even when I get up and walk around it doesn't help. Anyone else out there feeling this way??

This sounds like you RLS.. restless leg syndrome.. I suffer from this pregnant or not off and on. I don't know any "cure" for it but I have found if I stick my legs under my husband's the pressure makes my legs feel better. Maybe another mama knows a better "cure" for it. lol

I have that sometimes. I think a banana before bed (potassium) helps.
