The biggest issue so far this pregnacy is serious hormones. I'm finding myself stressed at the tiniest things. Today, my daughter and I went grocery shopping, and the store was pretty crowded. It really made me mad when people were going slow down the isles and I couldn't get around them. Usually, I brush those types of things off, but it was harder this time.

So far, my approach is to take a deep breath, remember that I'm feeling this way because I'm pregnant, and it is all worth it.

I am wondering if anyone drinks a specific type of pregnacy-safe tea to help relieve stress? A cup of tea sounds so good right now. I'm also open to other suggestions for chilling out.

i just wanted to chime in and say that this was my first clue that i actually might be pregnant. i was getting uptight and frustrated about silly stuff that usually doesn't bother me. i wish i could just go into a zen state for the next 7 weeks or so. someone wake me when the first trimester is over :)
