I'm feeling pretty bad this week. All I want to do is lay down on the couch and not move. Work is a pain. Both of my kids are sick. I only had 1 day of sickness with my youngest daughter, but about 8 weeks worth with my oldest. I hope this doesn't last long.

How's everyone else feeling?

ive had a few dizzy spells and a little bit of rollercoaster stomach but nothing that last more than a few mins here and there, lets hope it stays that way!

Little bits here and there, but nothing major yet. It doesn't usually hit me till 8 weeks or so, but then it sticks around till nearly 20 weeks.

I hope it doesn't last long for you!

Yes. It's hitting me in the middle of the night and in the afternoon with this pregnancy.

I had it morning, noon, and night for the whole nine months last time, so this is a welcome change.

today has been really bad! the last few days were here and there queezy, but today its constant..

yeserday everything smelled really bad . i opened up the garbage can at one of the houses i work at and i almost threw up.. i guess there were some dirty disposable diapers in there.. i couldnt get the smell out of my nose till i got outside and smelled a pine tree! and when i was making dinner everything smleed and tasted off.. but my dp said it was all great and fine..

ETA: the middle of the night has been one of the worst parts the last week or so.. 5am when i get up to pee i feel totally ill.

Queasy and tired, but I haven't thrown up. With my first I felt queasy too. My son sick too, and taking four medications daily. He's recovering from RSV. He got discharged from the hospital yesterday. It was hard being newly pregnant and in the hospital watching your darling son connected to the IV!

YES!!:( :( :( :(

I have had a rough couple of weeks so far. I really hope this clears soon. I hate this part of pregnancy. :gloomy:

I've been fairly queasy in the mornings, and if i don't eat CONSTANTLY, but i guess it's relative. i'm a real wimp when it comes to nausea. it's really only been the last 5 or 6 days, and my heightened sensitivity to smells really contributes. my dh, wonderful man that he is, made two huge dinners, and i can't even eat the leftovers (I can't even think of the leftovers, actually) without a lurching in my stomach. *deep breath*

told ya i was a wimp! :lol

No morning sickness yet. I wish it would hurry up and get here though! I'd feel a lot more at ease if I were more "symptomatic".

Today was really the worst for me too. I kind of welcomed the nausea on Sunday which brought my first real wave. I was like "yes! i'm actually pregnant! this is crazy!". But today working two waitressing jobs it was really hard to serve people all this food (especially all the meat when it grosses me out anyway since I'm a veg). I've just been totally exhausted today, I feel uper heavy and I can't kick this two week old cold! :sneeze:
I've been nagging my employers for more shifts before this and now I'm begging to go home early. I wonder how long before they catch on!

During the day today was the worst it's been for me so far. I must have gotten some magic pineapple because I feel good now. As soon as I ate it, I perked up and felt better. It was so wonderful. My youngest is sick with a fever and it perked her up, too. I need to go back to trader joes for some more.

I had a little bit here and there Monday and Tuesday, but none today - I wasn't as ridiculously tired as I have been, either. I took advantage of it by cooking big batches of stew, rice and beans, and applesauce so I won't have to cook as much this week.

I have no m/s yet (touch wood) - I started getting nauseous with my first pg around 6 wks. and it lasted until 13 wks but I never threw up. Hopefully this one is even better, although every morning I wake up expecting to feel like crap. Unfortunately I have a nasty cold and I'm sooooooo tired....

I was hoping to escape morning sickness again with this pregnancy but I think that hope is now gone. I haven't actually thrown up but I have run to the bathroom a few times already for false alarms. Nothing sounds good to eat but if I'm not eating, I feel worse. I especially feel bad at night which seems odd based on the name. I basically have to lie down from about 8pm on.

I'm such a baby. I've had this for about 4 days now and I already want it to be over...

I'm still feeling better after eating that pineapple last night. I know that pineapple has natural digestive enzymes, but maybe it has something that helps m/s, too. So, I'm advising everyone to try fresh pineapple. I'm going to buy another one today.

It's funny because I had major cravings for pineapple during my last pregnancy, too. I only had one bad m/s day during that pregnancy.

i have only thrown up a few times, not that bad. but the constant nausea that is never ending... this SUCKS!
its hard to eat anything to help the nausea go away, because of the nausea, so i get low blood sugar, and then i get MORE nauseous, then i REALLY cant choke anything down. i need to start making sure i am constantly nibbling on stuff or i am going to feel like crap for another 5 weeks.

I know my DP's has. She is queasy all the time and can't barely keep anything down. It's a good thing tho, because she didn't get morning sick last time and MC'd. It feels really odd to ask if she's been puking and when she says yes, to feel happy. :p

I actually feel much better than during the first 2 pregnancies. I am taking some good Rainbow Light vitamins and a 50 mg B6 before bed, and I'm still nursing (which I've read can help) -- so maybe that's why?

Anyway, I can't go long without eating or my blood sugar plummets and I feel yucky, but all in all, I feel pretty great compared to in the past.

Now if I just had some ENERGY!!!!

Today was the first day I felt nauseus. I was brushing my teeth and wondering what was wrong with me. Then- "Oh yeah, I'm pregnant!" (It was early in the morning... lol)

I teach morning yoga classes so I'm hoping this doesn't last long!

I am sooooo feeling the morning sickness. I am up to twice a day with the vomiting now. I have very few things that sound good to eat, and even then i cant be sure that I will keep it down. I have a feeling that it will get much worse in the next week or two and then lighten up at 12 weeks. Happy to feel pregnant, but really not in love with the getting sick part.

I've been feeling it off and on for a couple of weeks now, but more intensely over the last week. No throwing up, but carefully making sure I have an escape route planned from any meeting I'm in! Today a group of people at work were discussing where to go to lunch, and I really couldn't handle the conversation. They don't know I'm preggo, though, so I couldn't really ask them to stop talking about it. I know I'll be really sick of it soon, but I'm still at the point where it makes me feel more secure about the pregnancy, so I don't really mind. I'm going to try the pineapple suggestion, that sounds great! I've found that the best thing to eat in the middle of the day is a baked potato with cheese--mmm, makes me feel so much better...
