OK, you may mark this one down to stupid questions... But if your provider can palpate your uterus, does that rule out ectopic pregnancy?

ETA: I should have specified if your provider can tell that your uterus is enlarged :) Thanks!

You can palpate a non-pregnant uterus. But if the uterus is enlarged, it usually means there is a baby growing in the uterus. It is possible to conceive twins and have one in the tube and one in the uterus. It's really important to rule out ectopic when there are symptoms.
