They feel JUST like menstrual cramps but are not as painful.

Just making sure it's a normal part of pg and BH.

Anyone else?

thank God you posted this. I have been worrying but scared to ask. I get a flash of MILD pain in my LOWER abdomen. Could be digestive, though...

Everything I've read says it's probably OK/normal as long as its not accompanied by bleeding or severe lasting pain... Hmm?

I've read if it lasts more than a few minutes you need to drink water and lay down, continued pain can mean premature labor. So basically- if its just a few minutes, its normal, if its lasting more than that it might not be. Anything not serious should go away with a glass of water and a rest.
