If you HAD to choose

If you Had to pick boy, girl, Twin Boys, Twin Girls, Twin B/G or any other amount of munckins at once what would you choose?

I think I would choose a boy just to even it up for my DH We currently have twin girls and a boy.

I absolutely cannot decide what would be ideal: a boy for DH's sake, or a sister for DD. Of course, we will get what we get and that's that!

i would want B/G twins.....that way DH gets his son and Emma has a sister and a brother

boy... I have two girls already. This is my husband's first and he wants a boy to go do guys stuff. And to equal things out a little around here.

I'd pick a boy as well (though we won't find out and I'll welcome whoever is growing!) Almost the same exact reasons as Wendy, this is my DP's first, he kinda wants a boy to even things out with my two girls. Also, as this is probably my last, parenting a boy might be fun with my awesome DP as a father!!

(I'll admit it, with my ex, I was terrified we'd have a boy because I didn't want him anywhere near a boy, he'd mess one up, making him misogynistic/chauvenistic. But he and his new wife are expecting a boy in February...)

I really can't decide. We'd take anything. I'd rather not have twins because it's just so overwhelming. They do run in my family though. My mom is a twin. We have a ds now and I think it would be fun for him to have a little brother to pal around with although a girl would be just as fun. Then we'd be even. We plan on having 3 or 4 kiddos though so I'm not worried about the b/g count yet.

One girl, though the thought of B/G or G/G twins is very tempting- but twins would rule out a homebirth.

Singleton girl. For the stupidest reason in the book. No clothes buying necessary and I wouldn't feel strange reusing all my daughter's pink & flowery diapers.

And, though I love my brother, I had a desperate desire for a sister growing up.

I'd like for my daughter to have a brother and a sister. But not twins! I'll most likely already be tandeming with DD and new baby!

Well, I have a 9 year old boy and 6 year old boy/girl twins so far. For this one, I would really love to have a boy for DH because this will be his first and probably our last, so I would really love to give him what he wants.:shy
My daughter really wants me to have a girl, so I have a feeling that if it is a boy, I am going to have to buy her a girl puppy or kitty to make her feel better.

My sis has two sets + one boy. 5 kids before age 25 -- really really crazy. :dizzy:

I'm hoping for b/g twins, but if it end up just being one, then boy.

DD wants a boy, or b/g twins. I'd like a boy because I want to name a boy after my dad, and because I haven't had one yet. Twins have a certain appeal, since I am a fraternal twin and part of me always pictured I'd be blessed with my own someday, but I know what kind of work that is and I can't really say I'd *chose* it if it were up to me. Thank goodness it isn't. DH would prefer only girls, since he teaches in a high school and knows a little too well how badly boys can turn out.

I suppose the one thing I wouldn't choose is twin girls, since DD would be disappointed with no brother, and DH would be overwhelmed at the appearence of *two* babies. Plus, if I have twins, I suppose I'll never talk DH into knocking me up again, so twin girls would mean I'd probably never get a chance to name a baby after my dad.

Honestly, all I want is a healthy, happy baby of either sex. I do NOT want twins. Been there, done that, no thanks!

DH wants a girl since he has 2 boys, but he'd be happy with a boy too.
