Can Anybody Understand what's being said here?

This is some tv show, apparently. I got the idea that it was faked, but can anybody here understand what they're saying?

It's about a live tv talkshow from "7 years ago" -- maybe google it? It was controversial, the first example is about the show about medical goofups.

It's from Belgium. Not sure if it's real, but I could totally imagine it being real. It was really live apparently, and the host just cracked up at the guy's voice. The guys with the weird voices both had minor tonsil surgery that was botched, adn then they end up talking about how the botched surgery affects everything including sweet talking during sex.

I'll look into it sometime, it's pretty fascinating in a car wreck kinda way ;)
