I was wondering if there are any Balto area mamas with 5/6 year olds on
the list?? I have a quick question for you.... What do you do with your
kids in the Summer??
I have a 5 year old daughter and we're looking for some friends :).
I am starting to think about school ending in a MONTH... and our lack of
wizard money according to our last statement from Gringotts... and I am
thinking about trying to gather a sort of co-op camp with some folks who
might have kids in the 5/6year old range . We did the Waldorf
camp-thing last year, which was all about CHINA, and ended up being sort
of disappointing despite the attractive description. I was
thinking about a small group of people/kids and maybe a weekly( or
more?) get together with some sort of "theme" for each gathering....
maybe chosen collectively as topics that interest each child-- anything
from crafts to kind of cultural studies, cooking, writing, hiking,yoga,
plays, just playing!-- I dunno. Just thoughts. I was wondering if you might know of
anyone who'd be interested in talking about such a thing-- or if you
know of any other existing options that are not terribly expensive.
