Nausea anyone?

I didn't have a lot of nausea with my first 2, but this one's getting bad.

I've been *so* close to :Puke several times this week, but I'm staying at the ILs and I really don't want to throw up here! The toilet is like 5 feet from their bedroom. It's 6am and I'm thinking I need to go outside to puke :( .

What I'm really scared of is that others have said pregnancy symptoms become more pronounced at 6-8 weeks. I'm only just 5. Is this going to get worse before it gets better? Or will it be one of those where it actually continues for months?

I don't want to take Diclectin. I've heard there have been lawsuits against the makers, especially in the US.

FWIW, my doc said I'm "too early" for symptoms caused by high progesterone. (Don't know if nausea is one those symptoms.) Maybe it will get worse before it gets better (sorry).
OTOH, with #1, my ever-so-slight nausea completely vanished around 8 or 9 weeks (I'm pretty sure - hard to remember, it was 6 years ago). I remember it was right around the time sexual differentiation occurs, and I attributed it to a hormone change when he "differentiated" into a boy. Don't know if that's true, either, but the nausea did leave fairly early.

As an aside, I'm taking 400mg of progesterone in the morning and 400mg in the evening. How can I be "too early" for high progesterone symptoms?:scratch

i got the same thing from my MW my first pregnacy about high progesterone...

i told her i already have enough progesterone in my body normally for a woman who is 8mo pregnant when i am not pregnant so.....maybe that will save me this time????

i was nausous from 8wk-22wks my first pregnancy but never actually had to bow to the potty....

i haven't tested yet.....this would be a surprise baby that we have talked about ttc soon but i am not sure DH will be as happy as i am so i haven't tested.....ih ave a history of irregular cycles anyways so don't want to get my hopes up...

sigh...

but 9/07 is where i would be....

In my experience, mammas who are lacking in protein have the hardest time with m/s. Also, some research shows that vegetable/plant protein is easier to utilize, so maybe increase your intake from non-animal sources, and shoot for 100mg/day.
