A Uniquely Blended Family...

We are a very well blended family with many children ranging in age from 6 months to 23 years. There is a signifigant age gap between my honey and myself..... is there anybody out there?

Who can relate, that is...

Sometimes it can be very hard to be such a liberal family with such unique dynamics in our fairly conservative area. We believe in natural living and peaceful co-existence within our community.

I can't help but wonder if we are the only ones this open-minded, it seems like it locally. So, who's got a story to share?

Hi, by your name I take it your are from the flathead valley? We are in the Dillon area. Our youngest baby is now 1 1/2 , then 2 1/2 , 10, 13, and finally 17. We have some years between most of them. Not many like minded folks in Dillon. We are vegetarian, attachment parenting, organic type family. We own an attachment parenting business that we run from our home. Nice to see a few Montanans on the board.

I used to have a very blended family like that! My ex-husband had sons ranging in age from our then newborn son up to age 33. (I was 25 at the time...so...lemme tell you how odd/fun/crazy at the same time THAT was!) He also had grandchildren (some who lived with us) ranging in age from newborn up to 13 yrs old.
