looking to connect in Albuquerque

I have just moved to Corrales from Ca. I have a 4 yr old son, Spencer and we both could use a new mommy group. We are looking to connect with like minded folks who practice attachment parenting. My husband died a year ago tomorrow and we both need to find a tribe. This is very hard to do alone.

Hi Susano,
My name is Lisa and I am a single mama of a nearly 16 month old daughter. She loves playing with children that are a little older than herself, and if you don't mind the difference in ages between our children, we should definitely form a playgroup -even if it was once a week. We could work on getting a few more moms or dads and their young ones. I have been wanting to form one, so maybe this is the perfect start. I won't be offended if you are looking for playgoups of children that are closer to your son's age, but definitely email me if you would like to discuss this possibility of a playgroup. I also would love to connect with other moms, especially those that are going at it as a single mom. I can only imagine how tough it must be for you.
