Why can't I drink milk??? sniff sniff

Nevermind...

I'm sick with a sinus infection and was drinking milk not thinking....ugh....

Leave it to my mom to call and ask how I was feeling and remind me to not drink milk when you have a sinus infection...

geez...where's my brain and can it return to me please??????

Aw, sorry :(. FWIW, we never drink milk and it's helped a lot in avoiding sinus infections. Actually, haven't had a single one in years since I stopped!

Ive never had a sinus infection and I drink milk all the time...Ive never heard that it gives you one?

it doesn't give you one per se....it just doesn't mix well with all the mucous your body makes during one...all the post nasal stuff and then the stuff you (stomach turning now) swallow etc......sits in your stomach and mixes with the milk and turns it sour....it's gross....

i always tell DH not to give dd any milk when she has a wet cough or is super sick bc milk isn't good with mucous.....but i didn't heed my own advice....lol
